Understanding the results of production mix modeling

I am seeing that I have very different values for my inputs to the service. i.e. sales and W and O are very different. The model appears to be doing a good job at estimating the percent of each, for the test data, but not for the production data. I am assuming there is some miscalibration of these relative units in the model. How can I resolve this?

Do you have errors in the measurements? If so, you need to check if those errors are common to both production and test data or not.
If the errors are common, perhaps you can add a “weight” to your trained model so that the test data are weighted more heavily. If the errors are not common, you can try another model.
